June 4th 2005 Demons traveled to Philadelphia and return with two much needed wins. Losing games in the Eastern League is sure relegation. After the heat of Florida and 17 on 16 men, an official 18 aside format with cooler conditions was welcomed.

2005 Australian Festival Launched

The largest Australian celebration in North America will be held in Nashville on September 9, 10 & 11.


Since its inception in 1997 over 50,000 patrons have attended the festival, enjoying animals, sports, music, clinics, food and fun, all from the Land Down Under.


The Festival combines entertainment, recreation, education and participation to provide a unique Australian experience for everyone in the whole family.

The Las Vegas Gamblers held ther first footy practice in Vegas on May 16, 2005.


Five wirey gents showed to take part in the inaugral LVG kickoff. It was a great start to building a team in Las Vegas. The city is rich with talent and has the potential to field a very good team.

Footy family featured

DELAVAN, Wis. — Local sports fans looking for a taste of Australian-rules football, don’t have to travel Down Under for a “footy” fix. The home office of the United States Australian Football League is now located in Delavan, and the Milwaukee club will host the national championship in October.
