For the 2010 Nationals we are happy to provide three hotel options with room blocks for USAFL.

There will once again be a FREE LAUNDRY SERVICE for team uniforms Saturday night:

DROP Off your entire team uniforms (jerseys/shorts and socks) in ONE bag to front desk, with team name on bag. You will receive a label with your team name on it to match with label put on bag - give this to person who will be collecting in morning COLLECT Bag from front desk between 7 am and 10 am SUNDAY morning.

For both the Breckinridge Inn and the Holiday Inn the following rates and rules apply:

The USAFL discount rate for individual room bookings of two doubles or one king is $95.00 + taxes.

September 7th, 2010 - Team lists are due and the group rate will close.
September 14th, 2010 - Cancellations after this date will incur a forfeit of one nights rate.

Team Room Blocks will be processed as follows:

  1. Your club organizer needs to call Kay or Kim on the details above to place a hold for the number of rooms your club requires.
  2. Establish credit to hold the rooms.
  3. Return signed confirmation.
  4. Players who are assigned to each room then need call reservations establishing individual credit for each room.
