2017 USAFL Nationals
The 2017 USAFL Nationals are headed to San Diego, California on October 20 -22. The Surf Cup Sports Park (formerly San Diego Polo Fields) is located at 3885 Via De La Valle, Del Mar, California 92014 in Google Maps for directions to the parking entrance. From Interstate 5 take the Via De La Valle exit. Go East on Via De La Valle. 2.8 miles down the road you will see the entrance to the sports park off of Via De La Valle.
Volunteer Sign Up
The USAFL is looking for a few volunteers to help out with various roles, tasks on the weekend. Roles include cashiers, registration support, data entry, video camera operators and photographers. Please consider signing up for a shift, complete your details above.
Players will travel from all over the USA representing more than 40 major US cities. See below for weekend schedule of events, subject to change.
The official After Party will be hosted by
Tin Roof San Diego in the heart of San Diego's famous Gas Lamp District at 401 G Street San Diego, CA 92101. The celebration will begin at 8pm and a live band will be rockin' the night away.

Coach & Umpire Clinics
The USAFL is very excited to welcome an experienced group of AFL coaches and umpires to conduct both a coach and umpire clinic on Friday afternoon. The coaches clinic will be held at the Marriiott Del Mar from 1pm - 5pm and the Umpire clinic will be held at the Surf Cup Sports Park from 1pm - 5pm.
The panel features:
Craig Jennings – assistant coach at Melbourne FC, he is an absolute jet in the area of presentation to players. He has been in the AFL industry for many years and is well regarded for his football knowledge and pursuit of continual education.
Daniel Pratt – former North Melbourne player and current assistant coach at the West Coast Eagles.
Glenn Keast – Executive Manager at Cotton On and highly experienced multiple premiership coach at top level community football.
Hayden Kennedy – AFL umpires coach for many years and umpired well over 300 games, including Grand Finals.
Chris Donlon – current AFL umpire with close to 300 games experience including Grand Finals.
