2005 Australian Festival Launched

The largest Australian celebration in North America will be held in Nashville on September 9, 10 & 11.

Since its inception in 1997 over 50,000 patrons have attended the festival, enjoying animals, sports, music, clinics, food and fun, all from the Land Down Under.

The Festival combines entertainment, recreation, education and participation to provide a unique Australian experience for everyone in the whole family.

Among the exhibits will be:
Kids Down Under, highlighting Aussie animals, clinics, games, storytelling and music.
Music Down Under, with Aussie/Kiwi artists and bands.
Sports Down Under featuring Aussie Rules, cricket, rugby and netball.
Aussie Expo which will have travel specialists, mrchandise, products and services.
Australian Pavilion Area - the heart of the festival with entertainment, workshops, food and drink; and the G'Day Cafe will have all those Aussie favorites - meat pies, lamingtons and cappuccinos.
