Revos, Freedom Learn IC17 Foes

Has it really been three years since the last International Cup?  Since nearly a thousand players from all over the world gathered in the center of the Australian Football universe for the triennial tug-of-war for international footy supremacy?

Yea, it has been.

USA Revolution IC17 Team Announced

After two seasons of camps, individual training, and scratch matches across the country, Tom Ellis has his thirty young men who will represent the USA at the 2017 AFL International Cup from August 5-19 in Melbourne.

"We had over 50 players competing for a spot on the 2017 International Cup this past weekend in Dallas," said Ellis in the announcement on the team's Facebook page.  "The coaches have been working hard the last 2 years to put the best team together. A lot of very good and talented players have been left off the list. Its a mix of old and new."

Revos, Freedom Head to Dallas for Final IC17 Camp

It seems weird to think that it’s been three years since the last International Cup.  Since the men and women of the USAFL travelled to Melbourne to take on talented footy players from around the globe.  Has it really been that long?

And yet here we are, just several months out from IC17, another gathering wherein the AFL welcomes in the world to play their game.  The journey in preparation for players and staff has been arduous, but for all, it’s a matter of working hard to be one of the lucky few to pull on the red, white, and blue jumper.

Seow to Coach East Coasters vs Revos

The USA Revolution’s journey to Melbourne and next year’s International Cup championship continues with a camp in Philadelphia next weekend.  Dozens of prospective American players will make their way to the City of Brotherly Love, in search of being one of those selected by coach Tom Ellis and his staff as one of those to represent their country against some of the world’s best footy players.

Revos to Host Three Summer Camps

It’s every athlete’s dream to represent their country at their sport’s highest level.

A great number of hopefuls have put their hand up for spots on the USA Revolution national team ahead of the AFL International Cup next year in Melbourne.  Coach Tom Ellis and his staff have the task of whittling down that group down to form the team that will go in search of the world footballing title.

USA Revolution to Hold March Camp in Los Angeles

The USA Revolution is happy to announce the first of 5 camps for 2016 season to be held in Los Angeles CA on March 4-6th.

The goal of these camps for 2016 will be to identify the top players in the USAFL to represent the USA Revolution on and off the field.

We will name the top 50 players at the 2016 USAFL National Tournament in October, to play for the USA Revolution in the 2017 International Cup.

We would also like to invite any coach that would like to attend.  We plan on implementing a collaborative coaching system with all coaches across the USA.

Revos Cling to 9th Parallel Cup Win in Vanica's Swan Song

LAUDERHILL, Florida -- Andy Vanica is used to being a champion.

He has been the backbone of the Denver Bulldogs for just about the entire duration of that club’s long and storied history.  He also has been a part of several international triumphs with the USA Revolution.

Devos Win, Liberty Falls on Parallel Cup Opening Night

LAUDERHILL, Florida – The next wave of American footy nationals took to the field on Friday night under the lights at Central Broward Regional Park, and for eighty minutes at a time, a total of forty-eight men and women attempted to show that they had what it takes to play at the international level.
