In just two weeks, I will be heading to Sydney, along with Kim Hemenway, to participate in the AFL Women’s Talent Search. If you don’t know what that is, it’s basically an AFL combine for the new AFL women’s league that will be starting in 2017.

The USA Revolution is happy to announce the first of 5 camps for 2016 season to be held in Los Angeles CA on March 4-6th.
The goal of these camps for 2016 will be to identify the top players in the USAFL to represent the USA Revolution on and off the field.
We will name the top 50 players at the 2016 USAFL National Tournament in October, to play for the USA Revolution in the 2017 International Cup.
We would also like to invite any coach that would like to attend. We plan on implementing a collaborative coaching system with all coaches across the USA.

In 2013, Katie Klatt moved to Sacramento, California, to begin her career as a registered nurse at the University of California-Davis Children’s Hospital.
Little did she know that a move to answer one calling would spawn another; this time as an Australian Rules football player. Klatt didn’t even know about Footy until she happened upon a YouTube video of the sport. Just two years later, she has become one of the USAFL’s best defensive players, and has risen to the role vice-captain for both the Sacramento Suns and the USA Freedom national team.
Now, she’s preparing to take an even bigger leap.

Australia Day commemorates the landing of the the first fleet of British ships in Port Jackson Harbour, Sydney, in 1788. Traditionally celebrated with cricket, barbeques, cold beverages, and the like, the fesitivities will not be limited just to Australia.
Below is a listing of USAFL clubs who will be holding Australia Day events in the week surrounding Australia Day proper (January 26th). If you don't see your club listed here, check out our team page.

The final few pages of Anno Domini 2015 are being carefully torn off the pages of father time, though you won’t know it thanks to ol’ Mother Nature. December on the East Coast of the United States feels more like that on the East Coast of Australia, with weather more suitable for having a kick in the backyard than sitting inside doing push-ups.
