Meet the USAFL Executive Board

Robert Oliver – President
Robert has been Vice President East for the past three years before taking on the role of President. He has been involved as Senior Coach with the New York Magpies for the last 3 seasons. Robert is an Education Consultant with a leading Educational Consulting Company, Australian and United States Services in Education, working in schools in NYC. He specializes in Mathematics Education.
Robert lives in New York and Melbourne with his wife Kerryn and his two children, Hannah (18) and Lachlan (16).

USAFL ALL STAR GAME

The Florida Redbacks Australian Rules Football Club will be hosting the East v West game in Sarasota Flordia on Saturday 1st July.

SCAFL Season Kicks Off

Round 1 of the SCAFL season kicks off this Saturday March 11 in Riverside, bounce down is 11am sharp. The venue is Central Middle School, 4795 Magnolia Ave Riverside, CA 92506.


The first game is LA v IE followed by OC v Raiders, games will be 4W15 min quarters. All teams need to be there by 10:30am latest to assist with set-up and umpiring duties.

Umpires Needed!

The Louisville Kings are holding a tournament on April 22nd in memory of the Louisville King's founder, John Harrell and are looking for referees for 6 1-hour games. The Kings hope to be able to pay for the refereees.


The tournament is being held on the same weekend as the Kentucky Derby Festival which incorporates the largest fireworks show in the country called “Thunder Over Louisville” and promises a fun night after a great day of footy.

'Giants of Netball and Football' Calendar

Dylan is a 7 year old Australian boy who was diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma on 26th July 2004 when he was 5 years old. Dylan's tumor started on the left adrenal gland and had wrapped itself around both his left and right renal arteries and around several major blood vessels. So far, Dylan has received 12 rounds of intense chemotherapy, but even though there has been some improvement in his condition, the Neuroblastoma cells still remain in his bones.
