Jun 2, 2006 IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR EAST WEST PLAYERSA reminder to all players who have registered - or are planning on registering - for the East West game in Sarasota on July l, that your $100 deposit MUST be in by no later than next Monday, June 5. This deposit is fully refundable on your arrival in Sarasota. If we do not get sufficient numbers of deposits by Monday, it will not be possible for the game to go ahead. This shows that there is interest in the game this year given the change of date and so we plan to go ahead and play in Sarasota Florida as originally planned. May 12, 2006 SCAFL to Host Western RegionalsThe Southern Californian Australian Football League is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the first Western Regional Tournament for 2006 over the weekend of June 17,18. Teams confirmed are the SoCal Bombers (formerly OC), Denver Bulldogs, San Diego Lions, Arizona Hawks and Seattle Grizzlies. Also, players from the Vegas Gamblers and the Mojave Greens will play a 9 a side exhibition match, and their players will be available to help out any teams short on numbers during the tournament.
