Only one week after losing to the MAAFL leaders Chicago United, the Kangaroos footballers were back in action, and after three straight road games, were more than happy to be back in the comfort of Elmington Park. The weather "cooperated" by not having a torrential six-inch downpour during the game (remember Lake Elmington?), and the temperature stayed below 100 degrees for the first time all week.

The US Women's National Team coach, Wayne Kraska was interviewed on Melbourne sports station SEN on Wednesday August 15th at 1:30pm EDT about the succesful recent US Freedom's tour to Vancouver Canada.

The first USAFA National Tournament was held in Santa Cruz over the ANZAC Day Weekend. Three teams from the newly formed California Australian Football League attended and ensured the tournament was a success. The following match report let’s us all in on the action.
The next National Tournament will be held in Kansas City on the weekend on May 30th. Hope to see you there.
