A year’s worth of debate, of back and forth, of questions as to who was the best USAFL team of them all boiled down to forty minutes in America’s heartland.
There, with the northern sun sinking lower than a student unsure of his answer in open class, the Austin Crows rode off into the sunset with not one, but two more cups.

For months, there was worry about what the weather gods would bestow upon those traveling to Racine for the 2018 Nationals. There was frost, wind, cold, and the occasional warmth from the warm glowing ball in the sky.

Developing clubs, both new and ongoing, are the symbol of growth throughout the USAFL. Whether it be new clubs starting up in unchartered cities, or women's clubs adding to the rapidly growing base, the Women's D2, Men's D4 and Men's Reserve are perennial favorites. Here are the competiting teams:
