Get your AFL Grand Final Party on Stateside Footy TV!

Attention American Footy Fans! The American Aussie Rules television program 'Stateside Footy' is looking for footage from YOUR AFL Grand Final Parties. I am looking to get as much footage as I can to put together a 'Virtual American Grand Final Party'. I am asking for volunteers across the country to shoot some video footage at their respective Grand Final parties.

Sleepy Floyd in the Louisville Journal

"Floyd pursued conventional American sports — football, basketball, the high jump — at Holy Cross High School, where he graduated in 2006. He tried Australian rules football, which has a small but passionate core of players in Louisville. After four years he won an invitation to spend a season Down Under, where they take the game seriously."

Nashville Kangaroos - 2010 MAAFL Champions

Nashville Kangaroos

After a long, hot summer of hard work on the training field and continuous improvement, at last the Nashville Kangaroos had the challenge they were working towards. Chicago United were the reigning champions of the MAAFL with won three consecutive titles while Nashville's last premiership was back in 2002. Both teams were undefeated in the MAAFL, leaving this final MAAFL clash for the championship.

Victoria: The Place to Be

The Victorian Government has welcomed a new deal that will see AFL football televised into China, showcasing our national game and our state’s world-class sporting stadiums. Premier John Brumby today joined AFL Chief Executive Andrew Demetriou at Melbourne's Etihad Stadium to announce the landmark deal that will see Victoria’s indigenous game beamed into China by Shanghai Media Group (SMG) on International Channel Shanghai (ICS).

USAFL Moves into a New Era

Along with the newly launched website, new logo and branding, the USAFL is also excited to announce it has a new office structure. With the invaluable Amie Kennedy stepping down due to school (and baby) commitments, the entire USAFL community welcomes two new additions: Doren James will be the new Operations Manager, while Amy Bishop is taking on the role of Communications Manager.
