AZAFL Season ends

The close of the inaugural AZAFL season came to an official close on
Saturday night with the AZAFL Awards/End of Season Party. The event,
held at the Monastery in Phoenix drew record number crowds to watch
AZAFL players have a kick on the sand volleyball court while waiting for

to count the event as a training session as well since a footy was
booted about for a bit.

AZAFL kicks off

A few words about the inaugural matches held Friday night.

First and foremost, those of us on the AZAFL board would like to thank everyone for just showing up like they said they would. All the organizing in the world would have been pointless had everyone not shown up to play.
