Exemption Requests

To create an exemption request, a club admn can go  to Add Content -> Exemption Request

Select the appropriate type of exemption request

• Women's D-II and Men's D-IV
  If the player is competing in Women's Division D-II or Men's Division D-IV (or lower), select the appropriate exemption request.  These exemption requests are free and automatically granted.  These exemption requests will have a restriction to the appropriate division which will not allow them to play in a higher division.
• Exemption Request - Female and Exemption Request Male
  These are the standard exemption requests and cost $50.  Each club is given a coupon for 5 free male exemptions and another for 5 free female exemption requests if they have a women's team. 
• Nationality Exemption 
  A nationality exemption can be requested for a player born outside of the US/Canada and their is a legitimate reason for them to count as a National against the 50/50 rule.

Click on Add to Cart to start the checkout process. 

You can now apply a coupon if you club has not used their allotment for current season

• When using a coupon, you must check out each exemption request individually as the coupon can only be used once per order
• For Women's D-II, Men's D-IV,  regular women's and men's exemption requests without coupons, and Nationality exemptions you can combine multiple into the same order.

Click on checkout to complete the exemption request.  The checkout process must be completed even for free orders.   Exemption requests not associated with a completed order will not be processed.
