Baltimore-Washington Earns a Win Against New York

On a sweltering day with temperatures well into the triple digits, the Baltimore Washington Eagles hosted the New York Magpies, a rivalry which has become one of the most heated in the USAFL. In this “free flowing game of football” as Umpire Paul Reddacliff commented, the Eagles proved victorious in the last minutes of a brutal game of footy under the sun.

Saturday, July 25, 2010 - On a cool, windy day in Daly City, California San Diego won the toss and decided to kick against the breeze. This paid dividends for them almost immediately with the Lions kicking two quick goals via John Jones and Justin Valley to establish an early lead. However the Roos eventually settled with the midfield of Mark Beare, Revo Under 23 players Kyle Johnson and Matt Lege, Captain Andrew Lamont, Coach Matt Bishop, Brian Lewis and Revolution player Mel Chen starting to find the ball.

European Championships - August 2010

Move over soccer, Australian Football is coming to Europe with eight teams from eight European nations to gather in Denmark and Sweden from August 1-7 in the inaugural 16-a-side European Championships in Australian Football 2010.

Demons bring Aussie rules football to Boston area

"The Boston Demons is a team that competes in the United States Australian Football Association, playing against teams from other parts of the country. On July 17, the Demons opened the season, hosting the Nashville Kangaroos at Ipswich River Park in North Reading."
