The AFL have made some changes to the scheduling of the 2011 International Cup after taking into consideration the requests of participating countries nominated as well as the recently released 2011 AFL fixture. The tournament will be played in both Sydney and Melbourne from Friday August 12 through to Saturday August 27, 2011.

TACKLING Peace, the story of an Israeli-Palestinian Australian Football team who learnt about the game together has won the Provincia Di Milano Award for Outstanding Film, and the Mention D'Honneur in the Sport & Society category of Sports Film Awards held in Milan, Italy last week.

Lisa Heath is a big Andy Vanica fan. Vanica is heading local Movember efforts to raise money and awareness for men's health issues. “Everything in October is pink, as it should be,” Heath said. “In November we need to be more aware of men's health and the issues that go with it.”
So, you should do it because it's a good cause, but at least as important is that women dig it — and doing things that women dig is the real reason men decided to shower, shave and walk upright. Read the full story at the Vail Daily online >
