2019 Dallas Dingoes Exemption Request for Thomas Rowe

Thomas moved to the United States/Dallas on August 1, 2019. He was previously traveling in SE Asia. He currently looking for work in Dallas so he can gain a long term visa so that he can stay with his Girlfriend (who is a US citizen, and Dallas resident). He has not played footy in Australia since the 2016 season. He first found out about the club at the Grand Final party, and has able to make it to 1 practice so far.
