2016 Baltimore Washington Eagles Exemption Request for Brent Bates

Brent is a new member of the team who only started attending practice a few weeks ago. He has been living in Baltimore for a few years, but was unaware of the existence of an AFL team until recently, when he immediately joined. Since getting in contact with us, he has attended nearly every Wednesday and Saturday team practice, and played at both EAFL games (Philadelphia and North Carolina home games 9-24 and 9-27, respectively), and plans to play in next weeks final metro game, giving him a total of 5 points. Due to his late start, however, he was unable to get a 6th point. He plans to come and play at nationals. Because the Eagles have more than a full team worth of players, he is willing to play with the lower division team.
