2014 Baltimore Washington Eagles Exemption Request for Tracy Williams Jr

Tracy Williams is a new player to the Eagles who has not had enough time to accrue the necessary points. He only started attending practice approximately one month ago, during which time he has attended nearly every Wednesday and Saturday team practice. He also played in the Eagles EAFL home game against Philadelphia, but was not yet signed up and so didn't receive points. Also, having joined so late, the metro season had already ended and only one other EAFL game (this coming weekend) was available, so he was unable to gain enough points. As a new player he has made great strides and would gain much more experience by traveling to nationals with us. He has also been active in Ausball during the current season (which just began) and has been improving quickly.
