'Twas a beautiful summer morn, January 26, 1788 when a British guy with a bunch of fancy ships came to Sydney Cove and proclaimed the Land Down Under a British Sovereign penal colony. Over 200 years later we have Australia to thank for the didgeridoo, Steve Irwin, x-ray crystallography (pioneered in Aussie Nobel Peace Price winners), and footy.

Dress like an Aussie, drink some dollar beers, eat some Grandad's pizza, play the 50/50 raffle, watch some footy, win some trivia, have a bloody good time.
