Oct 2, 2011 Nationals Go Pink for Breast Cancer AwarenessAustralian Rules Football brings us together: eight women ranging in age from early twenties to early thirties, from part time student to full time professional, from the novice footballer to the experienced captain. Despite our differences, if you saw us on the pitch, you’d think we were all about the same type of healthy, “normal” young woman. Our footy skills would leave no room for wonder about whether or not something was wrong with us. Sep 27, 2011 2011 Nationals Divisions & Pools SetThe USAFL is pleased to announce the 2011 Nationals Divisions have been set. The National Tournament Committee has finalized the pools for Divisions I, II, III and Women’s. Division IV still requires some final revisions and Region Vice Presidents will be following up with clubs (listed below) to confirm player numbers and pairings in the coming days. We are pleased to note that a record number of teams are playing at Nationals this year. Unfortunately, this makes our task even more difficult, and will inevitably lead to some disappointment. Sep 24, 2011 5 Divisons, 40 Something Teams and More Than 1,000 Players...The 2011 USAFL Nationals are now under 2 weeks away. The USAFL board, staff and volunteers are working hard behind the scenes to bring you one of the biggest Nationals yet. As part of the preparations for the event, one of, if not the largest tasks of the tournament is setting up the schedule and seeding's.
