Each year, like clockwork, the eyes of Australia fall upon a grand Colosseum and the gladiators within.
Sometimes that clock chimes in October, but the familiar tones occur in September. And usually, that Colosseum is the gargantuan MCG.
This year, the eyes of the Aussie Rules world will be fixed on the jewel on the Western Australian Coast, Perth, and the spectacle that is the 125th AFL Grand Final Game.
Who will be the men's Champions of the AFL in season 2021? Will it be the Melbourne Demons who snap the longest current drought in the league at 57 years? Or, will it be the Western Bulldogs to hoist their third cup in team history and their second in six seasons?
The color and pageantry of Grand Final Day will be twofold. You can watch the game live starting at 5am EDT on Fox Sports 2, and you can watch the pregame festivities and the match itself starting at 4am EDT on WatchAFL.
With the game starting too late, or perhaps too early for most teams to have live viewing parties, many USAFL clubs are hosting pre- and post-game get-togethers. One in New York will be live.
