CASCADIA DOUBLEHEADER – Seattle, WA

Seattle Grizzlies 7.10.52 def by Portland Steelheads ?.?.56

Two teams that know each other very well played one of the best games of the year up in Seattle, as Portland hung onto a four point thriller on the road over the Grizz.

Seattle Grizzlies 12.6.78 def Portland Sockeyes 4.8.32

The Grizzlies ladies held home serve over their southern rivals, as the Seattle ladies turned back the Sockeyes by a solid eight goal margin.  The normally defensive Valerie Barber-Axthelm held joint top goalkicker status with her captain, Marian Dickinson, booting three each. (Recap)

MINNESOTA V CHICAGO – Minneapolis, MN

Minnesota Freeze 13.15.93 def Chicago Swans 6.2.38

Will Gleason and the Freeze faced a determined batch of Windy City bloods but were much the best to come home winners by 55 points. (Recap)

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AFL GRAND FINAL – Irvine, CA

South Bay Outlaws (LA) 10.4.64 def Orange County Bombers 7.9.51

A Los Angeles team took out the SCAFL Grand Final again as the Outlaws came from behind to swamp the Bombers and lift the trophy. (Recap)
