Are you a Master or a Legend of the USAFL?

This year the USAFL celebrates it’s 15th Anniversary and to commemorate this special occasion an Alumni Match will be held at the National Tournament on Sunday, October 14 in Mason, Ohio.

“We want to recognize the contribution of our past players who have since ‘hung up the boots’ by holding a fun, social game and participants will play for either The Masters, or The Legends” said USAFL President, Andy Vanica.

"It’s a chance for us old boys to get out there and show the rest of the folk that we still have it in us” said the brains behind the concept, USA Freedom Coach as well as master and legend of the game, Leigh “Barnesy” Barnes. Barnesy will facilitate the event which will be held on Sunday at 1pm as a curtain raiser to the Tournament Finals.

The Masters will be captained by Hall of Fame member and league-founder Paul "Plugger" O'Keeffe and the Legends will be captained by Denver Bulldog co-founder and US Revolution original member Matt "Matty D" Dainauski. Additionally, Players will get to keep their own commemorative Master or Legend jumpers from the match which are being sponsored by Burley-Sekem.
