2018 Dallas Magpies Exemption Request for Callum D'Souza

Callum has spent 2018 in North America studying in Montreal during the school year and Dallas during the summer. He has not played any football in Australia this year, as he left Sydney in January. If Callum had registered on time he would have gotten the 6 needed points. He is a student with limited income, which contributed to him being late registering. He played the Texas Cup in Dallas on June 23. Texas Cup in Austin on Sept 22 and also 2 metros June 2 and June 16.
