2017 Dallas Magpies Exemption Request for Benjamin McIntosh

Ben McIntosh is an Australian who is living in the US since 2014. His parents live in Corsicana, Texas. He is currently in College in the US. He ended up with 5 points. He missed the beginning of our fall season due to college starting. He also played in our International Rules Game this summer against the Dallas Gaelic Team. He didnt pay his registration fee until July 15 when he traveled to New York to play against the New York Magpies. He played in multiple metro games before July 15th. I (Jack O'Dell) did a bad job of getting Steve Grandfield our updated metro schedule and we ended up not having any "registered Metro games" between May 20 and Sept. 1st.
