2016 Dallas Magpies Exemption Request for Jason Wilhelm

Jason reached out to Dennis Ryan and Dallas at the beginning of the year expressing a want to play with a competitive Division 1 team at Nationals in 2016. Part of the reason for picking Dallas was his desire to be able to play other positions besides Ruckman. Dallas has multiple ruckman, and this allows him to work on and expand his game. Jason played in our TX Cup game on May 7th in Dallas vs Austin/Houston. He also played Regionals with Dallas vs Austin/Columbus/Denver. Jason got his 6th point with Dallas at our game on Sept 24th vs NYC/Austin. Jason was registered and paid with the USAFL before the May 7th game but we think do to him having to switch his registered team his 6 points with us did not show up.
