2017 Baltimore Washington Eagles Exemption Request for Scott Williams

Scott is a new American player who wants to come play in the reserves team for the eagles. He started coming midway through the season and has been at most practices and games since. Due to an error on my (the treasurer) part, he was not registered so he did not get his points, but he would have earned 6 by playing in the second team for the North Carolina and Philadelphia games, as well as the last two metro games. Since it was a clerical error and not his fault we're hoping he can still play in the reserves matches.
