2017 Baltimore Washington Eagles Exemption Request for Jesse Goncalves

Jesse Goncalves has long been a member of the Eagles, but moved to Kabul, Afghanistan from Baltimore due to work. His wife is from Baltimore, so he is regularly in town and helps with the club, but did not think he would be able to attend nationals this year and had a nagging hamstring issue, so he did not register with the USAFL and was unable to get any points. He has been granted leave for nationals and will be in town prior to then, so he will be playing in our last metro game, and hopes to play at nationals for his club. This is his 7th season playing with the eagles.
