2016 Baltimore Washington Eagles Exemption Request for Rob Burns

Rob Burns is a new American player on the Eagles who has not had enough time to accrue the necessary points. He only started attending practice approximately one month ago, during which time he has been at nearly every Wednesday and Saturday team practice. He also played in the Eagles EAFL home game against Philadelphia last weekend, for which he received points. However, having joined so late, he was unable to gain enough points through metro or other EAFL games. As a new player he has made great strides and would gain much more experience by traveling to nationals with us.
