2014 Baltimore Washington Eagles Exemption Request for Matthew Byrne

Matthew Byrne played 2 EAFL games this year (on the same day versus Philadelphia and New York B) and at least 6 Metro games throughout the year. He was in the Eagles side to play North Carolina on May 17 but volunteered to umpire to help out the club. Overseas work assignments prevented him from playing in the other EAFL games this year. This is his 6th Nationals. He has also played in all of the Masters v Legends game to date. He is a non-national. Had club dues been paid earlier by the treasurer he would have had enough points.
