2014 Baltimore Washington Eagles Exemption Request for Ian Payne

Ian Payne has long been a member of the Eagles, but moved to Edmonton from Baltimore due to work. He flew back to play in the Eagles EAFL home game against North Carolina, but due to his work being in Canada has been unable to attend other games or play with another team. A request was sent in earlier via the club president, and was confirmed, but is not on the USAFL website.
