USA International Profile: Kyle Strenski

With a history in the game that goes back to the USAFL's early days, Kyle Strenski was a natural fit to be the next coach of the USA Revolution men's National team.  Kyle will lead the Revos into battle against the best of the Americas and Europe at the AFL Transatlantic Cup in Toronto from August 2-11.  In this installment of our International Profile Series, USAFL International Profile manager Paul O'Keeffe chats with Kyle on his experiences playing footy and his plans for the national program in the years ahead:

USA International Profile: Andrew Donlen

Andrew Donlen was recently named the new head coach of the USA Freedom.  Donlen leads the national team program into next year's AFL Transatlantic Cup in Toronto, which will be held from August 2-11.  An original of the USAFL and the Grizzlies organizatons, he brings a massive amount of experience and leadership to the role.  Donlen recently sat down with USAFL founding president an International Program Manager Paul O'Keeffe for some thoughts on his new appointment and on his time in footy on both sides of the Pacific:

USAFL International Management Team Positions

The USAFL is seeking applicants to fill out the Management Team staff for the USAFL International Program. The program encompasses the USA Freedom (women’s) and USA Revolution (Men’s) National teams. These teams play international matches. In 2024 both teams are excited to compete in the AFL Transatlantic Cup to be help in Toronto, CA from August 2 thru 11.

We are looking to fill the following three positions:

USAFL International Program Reserves and Assistant Coach Positions

USAFL International Program Coaching Staff        

The USAFL is seeking applicants to fill out the coaching staff for the USA Freedom and USA Revolution. The Freedom (women’s) and Revolution (Men’s) are the National representative teams of the USAFL. These teams play international matches. In 2024 both teams are excited to compete in the AFL Transatlantic Cup to be help in Toronto, CA from August 2 thru 11.

Interview with Laura Kane, AFL Executive General Manager of Football

At this month's USAFL Nationals in Bradenton-Sarasota, Florida, we were honored to have Laura Kane, the new AFL Executive General Manager of Football visit and observe the tournament.  Ms. Kane sat down with USAFL.com's Brian Barrish during one of the games on Coopers Field to discuss her vision for growing the game around the world, the development of women's footy in Australia, the US and abroad, and her thoughts on the carnival.
