2024 Denver Bulldogs Exemption Request for Phil Barnard

This year was tough for the Denver Bulldogs to make points. Regionals had a 1K price tag for players to make the trip to Columbus three weeks into the season. We're only able to host one home game this year, and players are asked to travel more than in previous years. Phil is a school principle and was unable to make games and travel this year as he has in the past. Please grant a Div 5 exemption for Phil
