2022 Quebec Saints Exemption Request for Christopher Cuellar

Christopher has been playing with the Quebec Saints since 2014 and has been to several Nationals. He did not reigister for USAFL this year as he did not know his plans for later in the year. He did however play the first half of the season including 1 Saints game and a number of metro games. He only missed th second half of the season as he returned to Australia to visit family for the first time since Covid
