2018 Baltimore Dockers Exemption Request for Travis Flight

Travis played with us all summer and helped coach the team. He was an integral part of our development as a first year club, but the treasurer forgot to pay his dues when he switched his association. He had planned to play against DC on 9/15/2018 which would have given him enough points, but the game was cancelled due to the hurricane. He also played a bunch of games and would have had enough points if the treasurer paid his dues.
