2017 Minnesota Freeze Exemption Request for Thomas Burke

Tom Burke has played several USAFL and Metro games for the Freeze this year and would have earned at least 10 points except for the below scenario. Tom forgot the password for his account and couldn't reset it since he doesn't have access to the original email that he created it with either. So, he wasn't able to login and pay the dues. Later in the year, he created a new account and paid the dues and we worked with USAFL to merge his two accounts. If he didn't have this problem, he would have paid the dues earlier and would have earned all the points that he would have needed. Please grant him an exemption for points.
