Final Cut Off for East West Players

From the original 58 players who have registered to play the East West game, as of mid-day Sunday June 4, we have only received 12 deposits. The cut off date is midnight Sunday June 4.
 
The Board has agreed to extend the deadline to 5pm Monday, June 5 (tomorrow).  If we do not have at least 40 players who have paid this deposit, which is fully refundable on arrival in Sarasota, by 5pm tomorrow, the League will have no choice but to cancel the game. 
 
We are of course anxious for the East West game to go ahead, however we do not want to cause those players who are prepared to commit to traveling to Florida for the game to be in a situation where there are not sufficient players to form two competitive teams.
