The Denver Bulldogs defeated the New York Magpies in the Pratt Industries Division I Championship game.  Both teams were undefeated in their respective Division I pools.  Denver pushed ahead in the second half of the game with a final score of 2.6-18 to 1.1-7 to make them the Premiership winners once again.

Geoff Cann Tournament MVP Winners, Mark Seccull – Orange County Bombers, Ben Harling, Denver Bulldogs, and Luke Woolrich, Milwaukee Bombers


USAFL Most Consistent, Brendan McDonald – San Diego Lions


After a draw in their final game, Arizona scraped through into the final of Division 2 where they were victorious over Philadelphia in the final few minutes.  Former San Diego player and president, Eric Aramian, and now Arizona Hawks head coach is believed to be the first American coach to win a divisional title.

In Division 3 the title was taken out by the Cincinnati/Pittsburgh combined side over Kansas City/Louisville.
