ANZAC Day Footy Tournament

The Florida Redbacks Australian Rules Football Club will be hosting an all Florida footy tournament.  Tampa vs. Sarasota, Tampa vs. combined squad Orlando/Miami/Jacksonville, Sarasota vs. OMJ.  The tournament is Saturday, April 26, at the Sarasota Polo Club in sunny and warm Sarasota, Florida which is just south of Tampa. This match is the first all Florida tournament. Since we have a rather large ground available, we are hoping to increase our numbers for all teams. Thus, new footy players are welcome to join the teams either temporarily or for the long term.

The Aussie Rules is free of charge and open to the general public. We expect to provide plenty of excitement and fun for everyone. Come on out to Sarasota on Saturday and enjoy the great game of Australian Rules Football.

Also join the footy players at the Cock n Bull in Sarasota at 8:00 p.m. for the post tournament function that will feature a great selection of imported beers and probably deal on Coopers.
