300 Game Milestone

After passing the 200 game milestone in Santa Cruz at their ANZAC Tournament this year, the USAFL has flown passed 300 games, this time in Nashville at their Annual Football Festival.

With the National Tournament fast approaching over the weekend of October 13th - 15th, usfooty will have topped 150 games for this year alone, proving the sport is continuing to boom in the US. There will be 16 teams from all over the country contesting this years' National Championships in LA.

Dr. Ross Smith, Head of AFL Game Development, will be in attendance and attending several of our Junior programs around the country in the lead up to the Nationals. For the second successive year, the AFL Umpires Association are sending an umpire to conduct a clinic on the Friday of the tournament, along with umpiring and supervising our umpires throughout the weekend. This year Mark McKenzie has the job of overseeing the biggest footy event in North America.

Thanks to the continued support from the AFL and each and every one of you, usfooty continues to grow at an exponential rate. The entire USAFL Board thanks all of you and hope you keep an eye on the results of your sister clubs on usfooty.com
