2014 Portland Steelheads Exemption Request for Jonathan Palmer

Jon Palmer has been an integral part of the Steelheads this year. He was unsure if he would be able to attend Nationals due to work concerns. Once it became evident that he could attend he did so. Jon played in many PAFL games as well as with the Steelheads at the Stumptown Throwdown. Work commitments kept him from attending our matches against Seattle and Sacramento. Additionally, his PAFL and Stumptown entries are as "Jon Palmer" but his USAFL registration is Jonathan Palmer so they don't line up and his history doesn't show any matches. This is my fault and I'll look to rectify it soon.
