James Begg is Vice President and former captain of the Portland Steelheads. He thought he had paid his registration until we reminded him recently. He played a full season of PAFL, the Stumptown Throwdown and Portland @ Sacramento. He would have had a full six points had he paid earlier in the season. We request an exemption for James to play with Portland in Division 3.
