Reason: 
Jay currently has 4 points for nationals eligibility but was unable to pay/register with USAFL prior to our season opener against Toronto, which he played in. Jay lives out of town and was only able to make it to a couple games/metros this season and being new to the league was not fully aware of having to register w/in a week of a match to receive those points. He has played in enough matches on the season, just did not register in time.
