2014 Orange County Bombers Exemption Request for John Case

We would like to request an Eligibility Points Exemption for John Case. John suffered and ACL/MCL injury in September 2013 right before Nationals 2013. He had surgery in December 2013. John has been practicing all year and attended all the games as a Runner for the OC Bombers. He was recently clear to play by his Doctors. John promptly paid his registration and will play in the next 2.5 games (Metro 9/6, Regionals 9/13, Vs Los Angeles 9/28)giving him a total of 5 points. Thank you for consideration on this matter.
