2013 Minnesota Freeze Exemption Request for Ryan McLuen

Ryan McLuen is a long standing member in our club and has been to Nationals many of times. In the last year or so he has developed a heart condition that limits he play and there for his ability to play full 100% for proper matches. His wife also had a baby this summer and was undecided until late about his ability to even make it to nationals. These factors limited his ability to score Eligibility points in USAFL matches with the MN freeze this year. However he has been central to our club and attended and played in almost every metro game and practice throughout the year.
