2013 Los Angeles Dragons Exemption Request for Sheldon Bailey

This is Sheldon's first year playing footy. Originally he was unsure about the game, but has quickly grown to love it. He first played with the Dragons on 7/20 against the San Diego Lions. At the time, he was not registered and did not receive points. He registered soon thereafter and played in the Reno tournament, and 2 interclub matches. Had he registered in time, he would have enough points already to play at Nationals. We respectfully ask the USAFL to allow Sheldon to play for the LA Dragons division 2 side at Nationals, bearing in mind that: A) He is a brand new American player B) He would have earned enough points to qualify had he registered in time
