2013 Portland Steelheads Exemption Request for Jared Ray

Jared played for Portland for a few years before moving to Alaska, and then to northern Louisiana where he currently lives. This year he has started driving into Dallas to play with the Magpies, and has played in a few of their games. However he was not involved with Dallas during the incident at Nationals last year. Given the restrictions on Dallas this year, due to events he was not a part of, Jared would like to play alongside his former Portland teammates. Our intention is to play him in our D4 side. In the event that we were to suffer multiple injuries and need players, we would like the option of bringing him into our D3 team.
