2013 Portland Steelheads Exemption Request for Alec Morrison

This is Alec's first year playing footy. He joined up with the club this spring and played through most of our PAFL season and at our home tournament. He was listed as an unregistered player and can be seen in a number of the team photos from our PAFL matches. Alec also opened a business this spring, and as a result of the major time commitment required was unable to travel to our away games. Given the financial commitment involved with starting a business, he also was unsure if Nationals or USAFL registration would be within the budget until recently.
