EXCITING OPPORTUNITY EXISTS WITHIN THE USAFL!

The USAFL is proud to advertise an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, self disciplined and motivated individaul to work within it's expanding organization. The USAFL Board is sad to announce that Amie Kennedy will be stepping away from her current league administrators role to pursue further higher education and we wish to formally thank her for everything she has done for the league and wish her nothing but the utmost success in her future endeavors.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the USAFL, it’s clubs, structure and all related entities.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills. Comfortable working on several tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working and communicating with all related contacts, including in the USA and Australia.
  • Strong computer experience using spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Self disciplined individual with strong work ethic. Self starter.
  • Ability to identify problems and offer real world resolutions within constrained timelines.
  • Abstract reasoning, flexibility in thinking, and an ability to visualize complex and innovative ideas.
  • Thoroughness and attention to details, with an ability to adhere to a timeline to ensure success.
  • Having a sense of urgency, without overlooking critical details.
