Investigating US Footy's communities

As a US Footy enthusiast and community psychologist Seb Prohn of North Carolina State University is collecting data on how Aussie rules players in the US bond with their teammates compared to how they bond with their neighbors.

"This study examines the different ways Australian Rules football players perceive their communities. Because one participates in multiple communities the study asks questions about how players perceive their team communities and their neighborhood communities. Footy players who take this survey will be contributing, as far as I know, to the premier investigation of USAFL team communities. Information on the data collected from this survey will be provided to each team as well as to US Footy to continue the community building that surrounds Aussie Rules football.

Furthermore, everyone participating will have the opportunity to win a free football for completing the survey."
